Your class will be constructed to suit your personal needs to understand how your body works and how your practice can be modified to improve your well-being.All bodies are different.   • Class focus: Anxiety & Stress Relief - 950kr
    Inspired by her personal journey, Karen uses yoga as a way to reduce stress and anxiety without triggering other stressor.Yin Fascial Yoga is an integration of Yin Yoga, 5 Elements organ system, Myofascial Release and Mindfulness. These special tools work together on the fascial system in order to release traumatic imprints and to dissolve residual tensions helping to heal and strengthen the body, balance the emotions and calming the mind and spirit.

  • Class focus: After Birth - 950kr
    Our pelvic floor and abdominal muscles are key to our core and can impact nearly every movement of our body.Wether you have just given birth recently or it's already been 8 years, join Karen in this special private class that supports all the needs of your after-birth body and get back in tune with your feminine energy.

  • Do you have past injuries or stiff joints that are bothering you? Any spaces of the body that give you pain? Or maybe you are dealing with stress, anxiety, or low energy.

    Private Yoga Therapy classes with Victoria may be the choice for you. Although Yoga Therapy is great in a group setting, the depths of what you can get out of a private class are much more beneficial especially for individuals who have target areas or topics to work on. In a private class, there is more opportunity to ask questions and change the direction at any point because the practice is completely for you! You can also expect more hands-on assistance whether for healing, deepening, or supporting (if you want that.)

    Victoria received a 300-hour Yoga Therapy education in India in November 2018. She is also always looking to expand her knowledge and put what she learns into practice, in her own life and in her classes.
