Sydhavn Yoga Studio

Our Sydhavn studio is located in the beautiful harbour of Teglholmen, behind the school in Sydhavn. Just outside the studio you have access to swimming in the sea after a sweaty hot yoga class.

In both our studio locations we offer Hot and Warm Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga and Pilates classes, all taught in English. We also offer a selection of Workshops, Events, Master Classes and Yoga Teacher Trainings.

Sydhavn Studio

Our waterfront Sydhavn studio is located at Teglholmsgade 76A and has the following facilities:

  • heated Yoga Shala (max capacity 20 people)

  • yoga props (mats, blocks and straps)

  • waterfront location perfect for bathing and swimming
