  • Join us for a 5 Week Prenatal Course with Mette Mikkelsen. During this course, you can expect the focus to about breathing, relaxing, and nurturing yourself as you transition into this next version of yourself. Not only will there be a meditative and restorative aspect to our course, but we will also build strength in the body and mind in order to support the changes you are experiencing. You can join the course anytime during your pregnancy and no former yoga experience is required.

  • Inversion handstand workshop Copenhagen

    Join us for a special 2-hour Yoga Inversion Workshop led by yoga teacher, physiotherapist, and handstand practitioner, Peter Hunter.

    The workshop will give you the tools to safely practice headstands, low arm balances like the crow pose (bakasana), and the handstand. You will be able to improve your control and balance in inverted and arm-balance yoga asanas.

    You can join regardless of level and can expect a friendly, warm atmosphere with no pressure to perform, but rather a group supporting each other through spotting, feedback, and sharing the journey upside down together.

    Depending on your skill level, you will be challenged with specific exercises or progressions just for you, as arm balances must be individualized - and this goes for both complete beginners and those of you who might already be balancing a freestanding handstand.
