Our Hot Pilates Teacher Training is thoughtfully designed to uphold these values—providing a strong foundation in anatomy, sequencing, and teaching methodology, all tailored to a heated environment.

We are committed to maintaining rigorous standards in our training to ensure that graduates feel confident, capable, and ready to lead. While formal certification details are forthcoming, this training is built to meet industry expectations and prepare you to teach in a variety of settings.

Our course is taught entirely in English and our studio welcomes people from all over the world.

The practicum is comprised of the following:

☸115-120 hours of in-person training

☸30 hours of observation & coursework

☸25 hours of teaching

☸50 hours of self-practice

*Students have the opportunity to practice their individual classes by attending our weekly regularly scheduled classes. During individual classes, you can attend any of our Pilates offerings.

This course is made for all levels.

Our schedule caters to those with a busy city life. All group theory classes are held on weekends and the 50h of individual practice can be completed on your own time during the duration of the course. (You must attend 50 classes of Pilates classes during the course).

Our Pilates Teaching program is outlined as follows. Further detail will be sent to participants closer to the beginning of training.

Fridays 19-21:30 

Saturdays 13-20 

Sundays 12-16

Our course will give you the skills and the certificate to teach Pilates and hot Pilates all over the world.

Upon completing our course you will be internationally certified by [CERTIFICATION] in Hot Pilates.

If you cancel your spot 30 days before start of the course you will get 50% of the course refunded. Hereafter, the purchase is binding and a refund is not possible. In case of serious illness, making it impossible for you to join, a refund can be made upon request for the remaining time of the course. You need to provide an official doctor’s note stating that you are incapable of doing physical activity.

With the purchase of this training, you accept that it is a personal purchase and it cannot be resold, shared or transferred. 2500,-dkk of the total payment is considered to be a non-refundable deposit.
